The camp is capped at 30 students and Registration is open. You can register using the online form or download the PDF and send it in via snail or email. Please note that the online system requires a google ID (sorry, folks, no way around that one). But if you do not have a google ID and do not want to acquire one, use the link in the next paragraph to download a PDF of the registration form, which you can either snail mail or email to me. You can pay your deposit through PayPal or by sending us a check payable to WOVOG Foundation. (the mailing address is on the PDF registration Form)
The registration form will ask you to rank order your preferences and we will do our best to maximize everyone’s first choices. We will start assigning schedules January 1. Please see deposit, cancellation, and refund policies at bottom of page.
- Student with double-occupancy room in one of the casitas $375
- Student with single-occupancy room in one of the casitas $550
- Day student (no onsite accommodation) $200
- Non-student (accompanying a student and staying in double occupancy room in casita) $175
Deposit, cancellation, and refund policy:
To hold your spot, a deposit of $100 is required along with your registration form. The remainder of the registration fee is due by January 15, 2017.
Should you decide not to attend, any fees paid are fully refundable until January 15, 2017. Should you withdraw after January 15, 2017, we will refund all fees except the deposit. Your deposit is not refundable after January 15, although if we are able to fill your spot, we will refund all but $50, which will be kept to cover administrative fees.
